2) ... Delete java cache, in case (windows), start-> control panel -> java -> internet temp file -> setting -> delete temp file -> ok -> apply

また、Gstreamer Version-0.10.28、または、0.10.30以上をお使い下さい。
2) ... もう一つは、applet cacheが残っていることが考えられます。start -> コントロールパネル -> java -> 基本 -> internet 一時ファイル -> 設定 -> ファイルの削除 -> 了解 -> 適用、にてcacheを削除した後、アクセスしてください。

パソコンのCPUの性能によるところが大。推奨はDualCore以上のCPUを推奨しています。Linux(Unix系)のOSではWindowsに比べスムーズに動くようにも思えます。ともかく、シーク時間とCPUの性能は比例しています。
Cerelon 2.4GH(二世代遅れのCPU)のsingle coreでの動作では、seekにスムーズ性を欠き、若干の時間を要した。

Now(2010-11-24), only flv format.
現時点(2010-11-24)では、flvのみの対応です。(mp4に関しては動作するものとしないものが存在している)
